Muhammad Shaheedullah & Co., Chartered Accountants a Professional firm established on 1 July 1975 providing all types of high quality accounting, auditing, financial, managerial, tax, VAT technology services to diversified and successful client base across various industries, business and agricultural segments and continued as such excellence in professional services for over last 50 years. The firm is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) established under Presidential Order no. 2 of 1973 with a track record of success. The internationally reputed Professional body IAPA with a tagline of “Global Support and Local knowledge” accepted our firm as a member after complying with the rigorous eligibility criteria and maintaining high standards of professional excellence and integrity on 8 February 2017.
Miah Muhammad Shaheedullah B.Sc, FCA is the founder of the firm and Mr. Mohammad Solaiman B.com, FCA joined the firm in the year 1980 for his joining as a member of Income Tax Tribunal, Dhaka. Thereafter, Mr. Gopal Bijou Singha B.Com (Hon’s), M.Com, FCA an articled student of the firm expressed his keen eagerness to build his career as a professional Chartered Accountant and joined the firm in the year 1995. Meantime, 2 (Two) Chartered Accountants namely Mr. Amirul Islam FCA and Mr. Faker Ahmed FCA worked in the firm as a qualified assistant during the period who contributed to the firm positively. Recently Md. Belal Hussain FCA joined the Firm on 02 October 2024 as Senior Partner. He has professional experience of over 30 years In local and foreign organizations. From the very beginning of the establishment, the firm is working relentlessly and devoted to the services of the client’s business. For this purpose, the firm is working in the field of untiring research and study and also maintaining the required standards in all possible ways with global support coupled with local knowledge.
