Md. Belal Hussain FCA

Md. Belal Hussain FCA, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986. He became an Associate/Fellow member of ICAB with enrolment no. 515. He joined the Firm as Senior Partner from 02 October 2024 and he was granted Certificate of Practice (COP) from the same date by ICAB.

Mr. Hussain acquired expertise knowledge during his 08 years banking career particularly when performed as “Senior Consultant (A & F) & General Manager of Janata Bank Plc, the largest public sector bank in Bangladesh. As a Consultant, he successfully led and completed a World Bank funded Establishment, namely “Enterprises Growth & Bank Modernization Project” including computerization of accounting/reporting system and also involved in IPO process in association with ICB as Issue Manager.

The leadership of Mr. Belal was very much appreciated for playing active role of CFO/VP and then Senior Consultant (A & F) in ASA International Group Pic, a Financial Institutions with 13 foreign subsidiaries, registered in UK and listed in London Stock Exchange since 2018. Mr. Belal has gathered an extensive global experience in the affairs of accounting, finance, taxation, business projection as well as external audit with Ernst Young, UK, NL & India, one of the big four audit firm in the world.

Mr. Hussain, a quality driven accountant with a proven record of excellent job performance in the aforesaid financial affairs. He obtained training from Bangladesh Bank on the Risk Management and also trained up his team members with implication of International Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards.

A professionally qualified and experienced Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of. experience as business leader and Board Director with a successful track record of transforming business growth in a number of business organization.
