Miah Muhammad Shaheedullah is the founder of Muhammad Shaheedullah & Co. The firm has been setup at Chittagong on 1 July 1975 as per presidential order 2 of 1973. He acquired fair knowledge about all professional matters particularly in statutory, special, financial audit, performance audit, assurance audit, comprehensive audit, fiduciary audit and safeguard compliance assessment in public and private sectors, various Ministries Govt. of Bangladesh.
Muhammad Shaheedullah & Co. Chartered Accountants is one of the senior most Partnership Professional firm in the country Bangladesh having in its credit over 49 years of Continuous Professional Excellence in services with National Office at Dhaka and Regional Office at Chattogram. Miah Muhammad Shaheedullah is one of the senior most Chartered Accountants of the country. He hold expertise in all sector of Profession.
He worked in related assignments of concerned Ministries, Sector Corporations, Autonomous Bodies and acquired fair knowledge and expertise during last 5 decades.
He spent most of the time in preparing and studying financial feasibility & analysis, research works, training Income-Tax and Company Law case decisions from practical perspective.
He also showed his expertise in performance audit and compliance matters. He prepared financial feasibility and business plans for a number of companies like The Westin (Dhaka), Nialco Group, Oshin Group, Islam Group etc.
The firm has completed all the statutory audit of almost all sector corporations under his direct supervision. Over and above his professional engagement, he has served as Director of Mainamoti Textile Mills Ltd., Eastern Bank Ltd., Bangladesh Chemical Complex (PVT).Ltd.
