Other Achievements

The Firm has secured highest score in RFP (Request for Proposal) for Package No. S-13 & Package No. S-19 of LGSP-3 for the FY: 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 of Local Government Division (LGD) under Ministry of LGRD&C, GoB for a total fee of BDT 25 million including 15% VAT and 12% Income Tax. The audit and assurance works with 48 personnel are continuing with for further period of 2021-2022.

The Firm is pursuing audit of Janata Bank Ltd. owned by GoB for Statutory Audit for the year 2021 under a pro gram of joint audit on a fee of BDT 2.5 million.

The Firm has submitted Expression of Interest (EOI) for Selection of Consulting Firm (National) to (i) analyze overall operation of ICB, (ii) list of tasks ICB has accomplished so far according to the mandate, (iii) role of ICB in the field of current securities market of Bangladesh, (iv) condition of ICB’s financial and non-financial resources, (v) ICB’s governance, (vi) organizational and legal structure, (vii) manpower capacity, and finally to
(viii) analyze applicability of similar type of organization in other parts of the world under the sponsorship of Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Ref. No. BSEC admin/20:17/2020-462, 25/08/2020.

In Reply BSEC has issued an appreciation letter receiving complete EOI When BSEC assured us to work with them in future.
